WCMS INTERPRETER NETWORK (WIN)
The WCMS Interpreter Network (WIN) helps patients and providers communicate clearly by offering professional medical interpretation in over 12 languages, including ASL. These services are free for all Project Access patients and are available across Western North Carolina. By connecting individuals and families with trained interpreters, WIN makes it easier to understand medical information, ask questions, and get the care people need—especially for those who are limited English proficient or Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
